Wrong is wrong — help us fix it fast.
A comparison site trades on accuracy, so error reports are a service, not a nuisance. This page tells you how to file one and what happens next — no invented complaints bureaucracy, just the actual process.

How to report an error
Email editorial@clearreelguide.com with three things: the page URL, the claim you believe is wrong, and — if you have it — where the correct information lives. A register link or an operator's own page beats "I'm fairly sure" and speeds everything up considerably.
What happens next
- We verify. The claim is checked against the sources our editorial policy permits — the UKGC register, the operator's published documents, or a fresh walk-through.
- We fix. Confirmed factual errors are corrected on the page, and the page's "last updated" date changes to match. Licence-data fixes also refresh the card's "last checked" date.
- We reply. If you left an address, you hear back with what we changed — or, if the original stood up, why it stands. We aim to close reports within five working days.
What counts as a correction
Facts: licence numbers and licensees, studio attributions, heritage claims, offer-type descriptions, anything with a checkable answer. Scores and verdicts are judgements rather than facts — they change when the underlying facts change, not on appeal. And if an operator's product has genuinely moved since our last walk-through, that's not strictly an error, but it's exactly the prompt that gets a re-check scheduled — so send it anyway.
